Our Eco Cottage is unique and built using a bio architectural style of building using natural materials and paints such as mud, linseed oil, beeswax. It provides our guests a wholesome living area that is very romantic and couple friendly with a luxury jacuzzi and rainforest shower. The Eco Cottage is a premium cozy luxury cottage that is just 800 meters from the lake and 1.5 km from the center of Kodaikanal town and yet it is located in a very quiet 1.5 acre full organic property with beautiful organic gardens and vegetables growing here. We dont serve food. Restaurants are a five minute or 15 minute walk away. Swiggy delivers to our place.
We have a Jacuzzi which can be used once a day. We have a fridge, and 24 hours hot water and 55 inch smart tv with cable and wifi.Wifi is fiber optic bsnl high speed it works 90% of the time, 10% of the time it goes off due to maintenance for the whole town and we have no control over when it gets back on as its upto the Bsnl government team. We have a closed wood stove fireplace that can be lit at an additional charge. We have one king sized bed and a sofa bed. The king sized bed has the best quality memory super luxury foam mattress for our guests comfort. We also have a gym that is open from 9 am to 7 pm. Non smoking. The cottage is strictly non smoking. Guests who smoke can smoke in the garden. Drinking is allowed in the cottage. By 10 pm almost all of Kodaikanal shops and restaurants are closed so we expect our guests to be back in the cottage before 10pm. We have 3 dogs which are let out at night so if you are scared of dogs please do not book with us. They are let out at 10 pm sharp and kept in leash morning 5:30 am. So please do not set out of your cottage after 10pm. They are for your safety, our property has full cctv 13 cameras. Our front gate is always locked. Once you check in we will give you our caretakers number who will open it once you call him when you need to go out and come in.
